“The Spanish market is now comparable to how the Hungarian market was in 2015. Wages have slowly begun to increase, unemployment is falling and the demand side of the real estate market is also being strengthened by foreign buyers. Our first Spanish development in Fuengirola – Jade Tower, recognized by the International Property Awards as “The Best Smart Home in the World” and “Best Sustainable Development in Spain” was completed in 2025.
Following this success, in the summer of 2025 we introduced 360º, a resort-style residential community with around 500 units, located within the prestigious Cerrado del Águila Golf in Mijas. Just 20 minutes from both Málaga and Marbella, the project offers strong rental potential and has attracted significant interest from international clients and investors.
Another project in the pipeline is a residential project of 160 apartments in Marbella. Our strategic goal is to become a major real estate developer not only in the Central and Eastern European region but throughout Europe. To achieve this goal and in order to aid our expansion, we are looking at new markets and locations where at least 5,000-6,000 new apartments could be sold annually – our target cities of Costa del Sol are just such locations.”

Following the success of the multiple award-winning Jade Tower in Fuengirola, Cordia Spain’s pilot project, we launched the first phase of ‘360° by Cordia’, our next residential project in Costa del Sol, near Marbella. This multi-phase development offers exceptional 360° panorama, excellent location and connectivity, sustainable construction and comprehensive residential options.
Positioned on a scenic hillside, the development offers sweeping, unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. Residents will be able to see all the way from Sierra Nevada till the African coast.
Over the coming years, the development will grow to include more than 500 homes, establishing a new residential landmark in the region.
