Cordia in Hungary

Cordia, Hungary’s leading residential property developer, is a member of the Futureal Group, one of the largest international property developer and investor groups in the Central European region. We believe our success so far has been the result of certain key ingredients: our outstanding team, our innovative, honest, ethical and responsible market behavior, our financial strength, our local knowledge, and our global relationships. We adhere to the highest ethical standards in our business activities and expect the same from our partners. We do not believe that the end justifies the means.

“The new home market is booming in Budapest, spurred by record low interest rates, the realisation of previously postponed purchases, rapidly growing wages and also the government’s home purchase subsidy programme.”

Tibor Földi, Cordia Group Chief Executive Officer

Our projects in Hungary

To date, we have sold more than 4,000 homes and we are currently constructing 3,200 apartments, with a total area of 200,000 sqm in Budapest. In addition, our company has 18 projects in the pipeline in different stages of preparation, representing approximately 2,600 units with a total area of approximately 163,000 sqm for future development in Budapest.

Based on our remarkable experience in property development, we can help you to select the best apartment and financial package. With our Facility and Property Management service we can furnish, decorate, let and manage your property – our professional team currently manages more than 400 homes.

Our valuable, long-lasting and extensive relationship with our business partners is largely based on the fact that in more than one and a half decades of operation, Cordia has fulfilled the expectations of its banking partners, subcontractors and customers, and the company has been able to complete all the projects it has begun. Becoming a leading developer in growth markets is the result of our hard work and something that we are incredibly proud of.
