Cordia entered the UK market by acquiring the Birmingham-based PRS (Private Rental Sector) specialist developer Cordia Blackswan Property in September 2020.

Cordia UK has a GBP 550 million project pipeline across the West Midlands.
Cordia UK’s projects currently include The Lampworks, a 148 home build-to-rent apartment scheme and The Gothic Phase 1, an ambitious reanimation of listed and heritage buildings, comprising 14 high-end homes and more than 1,100 sqm commercial space, which will create a new residential and leisure destination. Both of the projects, as well as brand new build-to-rent schemes in Gothic Phase 2 and Mott Street currently under preparation, are located in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, on the edge of Birmingham City Centre.
Cordia also acquired and refurbished “The Bank” a new office space in the heart of Jewellery Quarter, which has become Cordia UK’s headquarters. The approximately 1,400 sqm complex will host six high quality office suites, along with the former banking hall being transformed into a community working and hospitality area.
