Cordia International Ingatlanfejlesztő Zrt. has announced the launch of a public tender offer to acquire the remaining more than 34% stake it does not already own in Polish peer Polnord. Cordia bought more than 65% of Polnord’s shares recently. The Hungary based residential developer offers PLN 3.55 for each share and intends to acquire  up to 100% of Polnord. The subscription period starts on 5 March 2020 and ends on 3 April 2020. “The amount of shares that Cordia should and must buy will be revealed after the end of this period”, says Tibor Földi, CEO of Cordia International.
