Discounted new apartments expand Budapest supply

The sharp rise in prices of second-hand homes has significantly narrowed the price gap between new and older properties in Budapest. In some outer districts, the difference in average price per square meter has dropped to just 10–20%, creating a favourable opportunity for buyers looking to upgrade to modern, energy-efficient new homes.

Cordia is supporting buyers with targeted discounts and flexible payment options across several projects. In certain developments, the company covers the VAT or offers additional price reductions. In some cases, a 10/90 payment structure is available, allowing buyers to pay most of the purchase price only shortly before completion.

The offers apply to several major developments, including Woodland, Corvin Campus, Marina City and Thermal Zugló. These projects provide modern homes in well-connected locations, often with green surroundings or waterfront views, making them attractive to both homeowners and investors.
