Cordia entered the UK market by acquiring the Birmingham-based PRS (Private Rental Sector) specialist developer Cordia Blackswan Property in September 2020.

Cordia UK has a GBP 550 million project pipeline across the West Midlands. We currently have nearly a dozen active developments in this region, the vast majority of which are located in the Great Hampton Street area.
Our developments currently include The Lampworks, a 148-home build-to-rent scheme; The Gothic, an ambitious revival of listed and heritage buildings; and The Bank, our flagship commercial development that also serves as our headquarters.
We are proud to be delivering Bradford Street, Birmingham’s first purpose-built shared living scheme. The project features 54 en-suite studio units alongside a variety of communal spaces, adding an exciting new dimension to the wider Great Hampton Street development plan.
Mott Street & Nightingale is a landmark regeneration project on the northeastern edge of Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, set to deliver 179 stylish build-to-rent apartments.
Our latest build-to-rent development, Moseley Street, is located in Birmingham’s creative quarter and will offer 366 apartments in the heart of Digbeth.
