Cordia is launching a new residential project in Bucharest called Centropolitan, located next to the Bucharest Mall. The development, which has already received a final building permit, will include 274 apartments, and construction has begun.

The Centropolitan project is being developed on 8,179 sqm plot and will also feature 3,345 sqm of retail space. Offering a wide range of apartment sizes with spacious terraces, as well as extensive community and lifestyle amenities such as coworking areas, fitness and yoga spaces, the project supports a modern urban lifestyle aligned with the 15-minute city concept. Centropolitan marks another milestone in Cordia’s and the Futureal Group’s Romanian portfolio, following the completion of the Parcului20 residential development in Bucharest.
