Cordia is offering nearly 150 newly built apartments in Budapest as part of a special autumn promotion, with an average discount of 5% and flexible payment terms. Located in four districts, the modern, energy-efficient homes include properties ready to move into immediately or within a few months, while buyers of selected developments may also reclaim the 5% VAT.

The promotion includes apartments in Woodland in District IX, Marina City on the northern Pest Danube waterfront, Thermal Zugló and Sasad Resort Sky. Several developments also offer a 10/90 payment scheme, requiring buyers to pay 10% of the purchase price upon signing the contract and the remaining 90% before handover.

Cordia finances construction through bank funding rather than using buyers’ advance payments, helping safeguard customers’ funds throughout the building process.
