Cordia’s first development in Spain, the 116-apartment Jade Tower, has won the Luxury Apartment of the Year award in the sustainability category. The project is also popular with Hungarian buyers, who accounted for more than 10 per cent of the homes purchased.

Cordia’s first project in Spain, the Jade Tower, has won the “Best Sustainable Luxury Residence” award at the international Luxury Lifestyle Awards in the Costa del Sol region. According to the jury, the complex of 116 high-end apartments and penthouses in Fuengirola, on the Spanish Riviera, is a “pioneering project in the sector” and meets “the highest quality standards”.
