Hungarian real estate companies in international expansion

Over the past decade, the domestic real estate sector has matured and strong fundamentals have brought about a new real estate boom allowing strengthened Hungarian companies – including Cordia – to step onto the international stage.
The residential developer belonging to the Futureal Group has embarked on increasingly extensive international expansion in recent years: it has already established a foothold, in the UK and is present in major cities in Poland such as Krakow, Gdansk, and Warsaw. The company plays a role in the middle and upper-middle segments of Romania’s new housing market and is also present in Spain.
