Marina City on its way

Cordia is about to launch the construction work on its Marina City urban regeneration project in Budapest – on a 14 ha site close to the banks of the river Danube.
In 2023, Cordia sold its 10,000th apartment. Around 70 pct of its residential development is located in Budapest, while in Poland, the company’s second-largest market, the company has so far sold more than 2,400 homes. In addition, Cordia has sold more than 600 homes in Romania, the UK and Spain. Its plans include the construction of a promenade with direct access to the river, the development of energy-efficient buildings, and with car traffic segregated from a pedestrian zone.
