Portfolio Property Awards acknowledges two Futureal Group Projects

Cordia and HelloParks, two brands of Futureal Group, have been named among the best developments in the prestigious Portfolio Property Awards 2023.
In December 2023, Portfolio Property Awards were presented for the fourteenth time, recognising the year’s most extraordinary and significant real estate projects and transactions. Futureal Group’s projects won in two categories. The Cordia Sasad Resort Panorama and Sunlight received the Residential Park of the Year Award in the category of over 100 apartments, while the HelloParks Páty megapark was awarded the prestigious professional recognition of Industrial Property Development of the Year.
